The Body Shop!

http://www.thebodyshop-usa.com

I absolutely love The Body Shop! Their products are amazing and only do great things! The Hemp and Olive body butters are my favorite because they are made for dry skin. The Hemp line is very earthy smelling and may take a while for some to get use to but I love it because my skin is always smooth. The Olive line is very subtle and light smelling. It leaves my skin moisturized for the whole day. I also use their Vitamin E face cleanser and face lotion and it works wonders. The Body Shop is against animal testing and participate in Community Trade. In 1987, The Body Shop launched Community Fair Trade. One of the first examples of fair trade, Community Fair Trade has numerous benefits for our company, our customers and our suppliers. Through our long term trading relationships, we do more than give a fair price. They offer their suppliers a predictable and regular income for their family and the security and confidence to develop their own businesses.

Try The Body Shop! Let me know how you like it :)

Summer Update.

It has been a while since I blogged. Summer quarter just finished and I am ready to enjoy the summer I have left! Some memories that I have from the summer so far are treasured at the Mariners game, the blueberry farm, Clear lake, movie nights, girls nights, and much more. I am excited for many more adventures to come.

I Love My Family

Family from Hawaii came to visit us recently and it was such a blast! We took them around Seattle, Tacoma, and Puyallup and though it was a short trip we made the best of it. We ventured places from The Glass Museum to Fort Nisqually. Here are some photos from their visit.

Poulsbo Weekend :)

This weekend I went to Poulsbo with the family for my birthday and Viking Fest! It was a great time. We enjoyed the parade, went ghost hunting with our ghost radar app., played some Just Dance, and got creative with some chalk! I love spending time with my family and this weekend was over due! I love you guys.
Kai and me getting creative :)
All chalked up!
Stairs were popular for some reason...
Let's just say as usual my Aunt is always cold and I'm always steaming.

Conner's Crew (May 7th, 2011)

Saturday May 7th, 2011 was the day of the walk for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and it was a 5K walk. I walked with "Conner's Crew" and it was a great time with his family and some co-workers of mine. It was a fantastic experience and I would do it again in heartbeat! I walked for Conner that day and I know he has a great family that loves him as well as daycare teachers :)
Early morning and ready to go :)

Gracie :)

I get to puppy-sit this adorable 8 month boston terrier! I cannot wait for a fun filled weekend with Gracie. Gizmo better watch out because I have a feeling he going to either be really jealous. I am in hope to keep her but I have a feeling that will not be the case. Who knows maybe in time. Till then here she is and who can resist that face :)))

Teacher Appreciation Day

I started off volunteering at Meeker in Mrs. Field's kindergarten class and it was Mother's Tea Day. I got to help out and even be a step in mother for a child who's mother could not attend. It was sad at first but I am glad I got the experience he was a sweetheart! I also went to work not knowing it was teacher appreciation day and was presented with some beautiful flowers from a student of mine. I was quite surprised to pull up and see balloons bordering the fence. It was a fantastic and joyful day full of surprises.
